City Property Services are a Professional family run Property Letting Company situated in Galway city Centre at 67 Prospect Hill. The Company was set up by Michael Fahy Senior in 2001 and is now joined by his two sons Eugene and Michael Junior and five other staff members. The company has a combined Property industry experience of over 40 years including relevant industry qualifications i.e. BSc (Hons) Estate Management and Masters in Business Administration. |

City Property Services provide an excellent 'Let only' or 'Full Let & Manage' service to our clients at the most attractive rates available. We provide our clients with a free, no obligation rental evaluation of their property. We also provide online Advertising with description and photo shoot to those that choose to do business with us. We do our best and work hard to ensure our Tenants and Landlord clients are always satisfied. All potential tenants are carefully selected and value for money is always sought for the landlord in all our dealings. All our rental work is done so on a "No Let No Fee" basis.

We provide a personal service and ensure there is always somebody available to deal with your query incl. a 24hr Emergency line.
